Dr. Arjun Kumar Biswal, residing at Plot No. 1341/93, Mahanadi Vihar, PO: Nayabazar, Cuttack-753004, is an experienced academician and administrator. Born on 25th February 1954, he holds degrees of B.Sc., M.A., B.Ed., and Ph.D. He served as the Head Master of Secondary Schools in Cuttack District from 1st July 1980 until his retirement on 29th February 2012. With a strong command of Odia, English, and Hindi, Dr. Biswal has contributed over 32 years in various capacities under the Department of School & Mass Education, Government of Odisha. His roles included serving as a resource person in Mathematics, Chief Examiner in Mathematics for the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, and as a paper moderator and evaluator in examinations conducted by BSE, Cuttack. Additionally, he served on flying squads for H.S.C. and CT examinations and the NIOS examination conducted by the Government of Odisha. He was also deputed as an observer for entrance examinations of B.Ed. and CT conducted by BSE, Odisha. Beyond his academic roles, Dr. Biswal has been active in environmental education and awareness, working as a Master Trainer for DIC-NGC, Cuttack District since 2002.

He has conducted events related to energy conservation under CES, BBSR, and has been involved in Eco Club monitoring and Eco Teachers Training Programmes.

Kalingaratna Brahmananda Mohanty is a dedicated social leader actively involved in village and community development. Serving as a key member of the Gram Surakshya initiative, he focuses on ensuring safety and welfare at the grassroots level. With a strong presence in both Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur districts, he is known for his commitment to public service and local engagement.

is a 74+ year-old retired government servant, currently practicing as an Advocate in the Orissa High Court. A resident of Plot No. 5EH 5.15(P) F/44, Sector-9, Collectorate Colony, Markat Nagar, Cuttack–753014, Mr. Mohapatra holds degrees in B.A. and LL.B.

With a lifelong commitment to public service and justice, he is also a dedicated social worker, poet, writer, and speaker. Deeply religious-minded and compassionate, he continues to help those in need, upholding values of empathy and community service in his personal and professional life.

Worked  in SMS (Swayamshree Mahila Samabaya Ltd.)2006 to 2014

Working in SMSSL( Swayamshree Mahila Samabaya Samiti Ltd.) since 2014 onwards.

 Visited so many organisations in the country n abroad also.

Visited Myrada in Karnatak, Dan foundation in Madurai, Shifs federation n Kudumushree in Kerala, Mulkunur cooperative in Andhrapradesh.

Visited Rwanda , Kigali , South Africa during 2018 to present the organisation n some members story there as a symbol of women empowerment.

Visited to Srilanka to study different activities of some co-operatives n Government program of Srilanka funded by Indo Srilanka Foundation.
